      Hi Jamie,

Haven't heard from you lately mate. Hope you're well. If I don't speak to you before Xmas, I wish you a merry christmas and a happy new year. Hopefully Santa will bring you some lovely figure kits to keep you busy.

      Regards

      Tony

Moving is never fun! Going to have another swing at figure modeling mixed with aircraft as they intertwine for dio's and bases and such. Also got to get some 1/16 verlindens painted, especially 'death by celt', now that should be fun!

Whats up man? Hope you been doing well and your getting even better at figures.. my aircraft is rolling :)

      Hello Jamie,

Indeed I like sculpting faces. Before tackling a subject, the first thing I do is to look for a character (pictures, photos,...) who would fit the part. Like doing a casting for a movie. A reference model is very important to me. Sam Stone is modelled after country singer Willie Nelson (like some modellers have noticed when the figure was released). I don't look for a 100% likeness rather to get in the right 'ambiance'.

I'm glad you notice the lizard!

      Thanks for the kind words.

      thanks for mailing, janus.
The joy is a bit gone, so I took some time off. Hopefully the interest will be back after some beautiful summerdays. I'll try again when the days a shortening again.

      G'day Jamie.

Best of luck for your PTO sculpting, do you have a certain subject or nationality in mind? If it is Aussie or Japanese, let me know if you need reference as I have been spending WAY too much time researching these areas! Judging by your previous work, it looks as if you have the potential to do some Aussie infantry commercial sculpts...hint hint

      Take care mate,
      Chas

      Hi Jamie
Actually, I do want to make a 1/16 NKPA Infantry from the Korean War.
I'm not sure how many castings will sell, though.... :) Asian figures are
generally not popular except the samurai figures.

Hi Janus - just found the message you sent me late last year. Sorry not to reply sooner and thanks for your encouragement.

Het Janus - just saw your note. Thanks for the encouragement. Perhaps the release of Valkyrie will give me a boost. I specailize in German Resistance stuff. Too much stressin real life. I just need that one idea that NEEDS to be done and I'm sure I'll be back.

      Cheers

      Hello, Mr. Jamie.
I'm thankful that you had an interest about my work for a long time.
      YES,I were painted experimentally.
I, now, in such thing, TRY, will.
You seem to be producing a bust model of PEGASO.
I thought I made, too, but like to CORSAIER being easier I thought, so CORSAIER was painted.
I think you make a wonderful work surely.
      I'm supporting you.

      Cheers Mitsutaka Fujiwara.
