I haven't posted for a while, because I've been busy with name it! and my current modelling project - a 75mm large scale , and large diorama of the 1st Foot Guards at Quatre Bras, 1815.
The figures are mainly by Hawk Miniatures, with mounted figures being conversions of the Charge of The Light Brigade lancers by Mitches Miniatures. I've added in an Elan13 Sargeant Major, an old resin model of a Light Infantry officer by I&E Miniatures and a few conversions of the figures to give some different poses.
PS. If you want to have a go at making the hawk Miniatures' foot figures, which are great, here's a few things to look out for:
    - The roll of straps holding the greatcoat is not detailed, I added them out of copper.
    - The left arms of the firing position do not meet the hands, I corrected this with re-positioned arms
    - There is no string detailed holding the waterbottle tops, I added these with fuse wire
    - There is no badge on the cartridge pouches, I added these with Historex headdress badges.

I have a long way to go!
Hopefully the pictures will show some of the work involved so far, and I will post more in the future, as it progresses.

Very impressive. The kneeling front rank should have bayonets fixed and the rank behind should not (as modelled).

That looks great. Will be interesting to follow. The horse with the rider going to ground, from which manufacturer is that one?

Thanks for all the encouraging words.
Mike, I've decided not to add the bayonets until I've finished painting - they will be the first thing to get broken with my clumsy hands!
Oskar, both mounted figures are by Mitches Miniatures, or RDG miniatures.
Now to begin tidying up the figures and see if I can change the shape of some of the faces so they don't look like they're all brothers....

It has been a long time in the planning Paul but I am glad to see the project progressing. And making full use of your free time now that you have retired ;).

Will look forward to you bringing it to life with colour and hopefully see it at a show sometime next year!!
