El Greco Service

    Not that I was surprised (in fact, I expected nothing less) but I received my latest order from El Greco today. The Aztec bust (Roberto Chaudon) came well packaged and delivered at exactly 3 weeks from time of order. UK to Canada, more than acceptable.

    I've never experienced anything but the very best service from El Greco. They are true professionals.
    Transit time for my orders UK > China is around 10 to 14 days.

    I've had EG orders arrive as speedily as the next working day. Two to three working days is about the norm, but I've never had an order take more than about a week to arrive (I don't bother back-ordering stuff that's flagged as "coming soon", I only order if what I want is shown as being in stock).

    Postage charges are sensible, everything is always very well packed, and after-sales service (on the rare occasions I've needed it) has always been quick, friendly & efficient.

    All in all a class act.

    Agreed, El Greco offer an absolutely superb service. I recently had a query about scale / compatibility comparisons between two makes of figure and received a photo back within an hour with the two figures shown side by side. I really can't recommend them highly enough.

    I was going to start a thread about the service I received but as this one is current I'll add my two-penneth here.

    I ordered a small tub of Magic Sculp which turned out to be out of stock. EG sent the bigger size unprompted and charged for the size ordered.
    Service second to none. Bravo Matt and Celine.

    Also the Magic Sculp is a revelation, so much easier to push around than Milliput.

    Figures ordered three days ago arrived today (despite Bpost). Postage and packing are all OK and even figures from the continent come cheaper than from continental sellers. Well done El Greco!

    Delivered by very soggy postman at 13.00 today.
    How's that for service?
    No wonder El Greco are my go-to Vendor.
