Thin Sheet Lead

    Does anyone on here know if it's possible to still buy this product? Old habbits die hard, and i prefer to use this for Saddlecloths belts and tack for horses etc. Ray

    A great find Kevin, lead foil is getting harder to find and the prices are reasonable .

    Just used some of the lead strip that Kev recommended for a couple of straps - job done :)

    I still use the metallic foil used to seal wine bottles. It's not lead anymore, it's more a thin layer of metal laminated to a thin layer of plastic, but it still works pretty well for blankets, reins, straps, etc.
