Looks great, the pose is good and looks very nicely sculpted,
She could be easily converted to something maybe a bit steam punkish....just a thought(y)
    Cheers

Reminds me of Lydia Vladimirovna Litvyak, though this female pilot ace was known as the White Lily of Stalingrad.

I don't recall there ever was a bust done of Lydia Litviak? My apologies if my post indicated there was - all I meant was that the bust being showcased by MJ Miniatures looks to have been influenced by the historical person.

    Hello all,
I stumbled upon this thread while researching for a half-painted bust of unknown origins which I bought some time ago at a modeling show.
It appears to be the very MJ Miniatures bust of this thread.
I scraped off the paint and started anew. I also removed the left arm altogether to clear off the face features.
Here are the pics of the nearly finished bust. Hope you like it.
    Cheers,
    Quang

Very nice, lovely work on her face. I have seen that bust on etsy and wondered where she came from. Smaller than I thought, is she really 1/10?

As far as I could find MJ have gone. Their last facebook post a couple of years ago announced the closing of the business. Have you heard of someone else taking on the line?

From MJ facebook page posted last December 18th state their designs were picked up by two different entities:

All of our items will keep and sell from two companies as below, please contact to them for buying our items.
    1. Resin figures : Tori Factory (South Korea) /email : hanf16@haver.com
    2. 3D printed scale models : M.S Models (Japan) / email : info@msmodelswebshop.jp
All of our items and copyright are passed to them, so we don’t sell anymore.

Quang, your version of that bust is fabulous, the face is just .... sublime.
And it's fantastic to see that Pili-Pili's former owner, sculptor & painter is still at it - at least paint-wise.
I'd be very interested in seeing the finished version.

This bust is still on sale.

    https://www.msmodelswebshop.jp/product/26160

Payment can be made using PayPal, but I can't find an English page on this website.

The scope of this shop's business may be limited to Japan. I don't know for sure.

Add information:The manufacturer's name is listed as Tori Factory, not M.S models. They may be available at other stores.

More info to add: it is currently out of stock, but was also sold on Amazon.jp.

    https://www.amazon.co.jp/トリファクトリー-M...l_1/358-7369693-2996212?pd_rd_w=n0eUi&content

If you want this bust, you should check Amazon in your country.
