The painter is Riccardo Ruberti. Perhaps you can track him via Facebook etc. and ask him directly? I'd like to know as well, but I think it's 54mm which is too small for my eyes now days.

They are scratchbuilt,Ricardo sculpts and paints them himself...sorry

Amazing talent to be able the paint and sculpt to that standard....saves him a fortune in not buying kits as well....LOL
