She’s part of a de facto series Rico has been doing..all well cast.perhaps some more successful than others but rare to see someone crafting femal subject with quiet emotions ..and not juvenile boys dreams

Personally I difinitely prefer the 2nd bust Martin posted, the 1st one is not really my kind of thing.

They vary..the themes are dreampt up by Rico, then various artists sculpt and paint...so some work more than others..but his sincerity and quality and certain.

Dull painting of the flesh, looks like a window mannequin

Actually the flesh is great..not overly cartoon saturated

After all we cannot forget (and I guess you're talking about the 1st bust) that she is a mermaid, hence half-fish, living in the water.
I think the artist created a good realistic rendition of that characteristic by painting her flesh the way he did.

The flesh is superbly done , less but more with the freckles adding character. Each to their own eh.
