I have managed to paint the hand (wip, nearly done) and the armour pieces. I feel the hand could have a slightly more red orange hue to it. The armour is DARKSTAR acrylics painted in a not quite drybrushing technique.

I am currently waiting for the handle of the sword to dry (ivory, painted in oils) then the bust will be mounted and done. !

Anyway here are the final shots !
What a fun bust to paint, there are areas where I still need to improve, metalwork being one of them. I think I need to work with thinner layers.
Next on the bench is the young minis Roman Signifer. And I keep messing up the armour. Haha
