I met Melvyn Hayes once a few years ago on the Isle of Wight Ferry as he lives on the island. He took the time to chat with me for a while and put the world to rights. I found him a thoroughly decent fellow. Nice work on the two figures and a great tribute.

Hi Razor...as i wrote before about your bomb project figures......i love so much your works on british soldiers......and your trasformation.....about this project could you say me if the cap of sgt. pepper is a your sculpt or commercial item? and the photoetched post on hats of which firm are they???

You realize a really masterpiece on Pepper..in fact in first moment when i saw this figure on market dont appreciate so much.....(usually i bought all resin british soldiers on market...at least) but now, after your trasformation.....i think i ll buy it!!!!!

Interesting also the way in which you used the Revell figure hat (ex icm figures kit???),and i loved too the way in which you try to realize the tommy with accordion......incredible use of this wee friendshipmodel figure.....(but before this figure what have in his right hand???)
I follow you work in future and please, say me where i could see other your works on british soldiers....they are very inspiring for me!!!

ps: the Hornet figure with slouch hat is very fine indeed!!!!!

    Congratuletions.

His beret is from the Miniart British officer set, I think the cap badge was sliced off an old Hornet head. The weefriends figure was holding a tank shell.

my other figures can be found on here, in my wip section.

Too the best of my knowledge the 2 kits are the same, I used the Revell kit as that' s the one my local shop had.
There are plenty of good reviews online with pictures.
