Happy New Year everyone. I hope that 2018 will bring you much great health, happiness, and success.

Some of you may or may not know that, as of today, Michael Roberts Ltd will cease production. After 30 years I’ve decided to take a step back and return my passion to a hobby again. I started this 30 years ago with a few conversion heads and never thought it would grow into a line of over 100 individual kits.

To all my friends and customers I want to say a very heartfelt thank you. I have had so much fun over the years. I’ve made a lot of friends and despite my sometimes tired or dour appearance I always appreciated your friendship and business. I loved seeing what you’ve done with my products and had a sense of pride experiencing your enthusiasm with the piece you painted or one you created from my line. The hundreds or even perhaps thousands of hours spent talking about painting, conversion ideas, sculpts, uniforms, history, or just plain banter, where truly enjoyable.

I will still be involved with the APG and continue cast kits for the APG Store. The website will stay active for a short time as I sell whatever stock remains. I plan to attend the Atlanta Show as a vendor to sell anything else that remains including some books and magazines. The company has been placed up for sale but so far have only sold a few masters. Whatever remains will continue to be available for sale.

Once again thank you for everything. I hope to see you all at a show in the future or perhaps an APG event.
