I recently bought one the Metal Modeles news in parsi during the show in Sevres. It was a general AdC of Napoleon. Beautiful and simply pose very relaxed.
Get the figure and think to modify it is for me a unique moment, I had in my mind general Rapp since long time and the new figure answer perfectly to my needs
To make the conversion I needed to change the head.

The Figurinitaly new heads sets (http://www.planetfigure.com/threads/figurinitaly-conversion-heads.81673/) gave me a very good choice.

The conversion has been completed using a resin moulded bicorn.
Some putty was necessary to sculpt the hair and the moustache
The legion d’honneur sash was the latest and most colourful touch in a conversion really simple

painting as usual was in oils ad Acrylics
