    Hello Planeteers

Latest mini from my hand, Manfred Albrecht von Richthofen, better known as The Red Baron.
The model is Pegaso Models 54mm and it is painted in acrylics. Uniform is painted with Lifecolor's German Fieldgray (UA 077 - FS34159). I hope you like it, but feel free to comment anyway.
    Thank you for looking :)

Very nice and I like the painting of the leathers. As a side issue, I always thought this figure (which I also have) looked more like a young Herman Goering than M-v-R who Pegaso say it is supposed to represent.

Well it is painted in acrylics and I used leather brown as base. Base colour mixed with a little black for shadows and if I remember right, then some brown glaze and some umbra shade wash as well for the shadows. Can't remember what I used to lighten the base colour, but it was not pure white, more likely some pale brown or sand. Finished it with a satin varnish.
    All was Vallejo :)

Have to agree with you on the face and it is difficult to adjust with a paintjob.

Though I too have my problems with the sculpt, I think you did very well.
