More Australian Flying Corps goodness

    Here is my take on Wings Cockpit Figures 54mm RFC pilot (rebranded AFC because I can)
    As soon as I saw this figure I had to have one. Really enjoyed this figure. Not yet on a base. Love the way the belt is being lifted by the strong breeze. Reminds me of the story Harry Cobby tells in his book that at Point Cook in Victoria (ancestral home of the RAAF) they would hold a handkerchief up and let it go - if it didn't fall straight down, it was too windy to fly.

    Thanks guys. A good sculpt is a help in getting that texture just right. I do suspect the jacket was intended as a wollen great coat..but what self respecting pilot would wear wool?
