    Hello:

I have not posted anything here in a while, but recently finished this little diorama I am proud of. It was inspired by the books Metro 2033 and Metro 2034 by Dmitry Glukhovsky . There are also video games by the same title. I enjoy working on the fantasy, post-apocalyptic stuff...guys in gas masks get me every time!

The sewer tunnels are while PVC pipe from the hardware. Painted with Rust oleum "concrete" textured paint. The groundwork is Cell-u-clay. The rubble is from various manufacturers.

The figures are from AlbinoRavenMini, MAIM and another unknown maker. No box, no instructions when I bought 2 of them. Painted in enamels and acrylics. I wired the figure in the tunnel with a small #v led and a watch type battery with a micro switch. Wanted to give it an eerie, "night-vision" glow to it. Anyway, I hope you like it and any constructive feedback is appreciated.

What an idea and what a way to bring that idea to life.
Making diorama is telling a story and what a story you have on your...
    Figures,terrain,effects... Everything is top class.
If may notice one thing: if you make a diorama with STALKER or Metro 2035 theme table with warning DANGER and BIOHAZARD should be written in Russian. But then again it can be anywhere in the world...
Only you can edit your pictures.Try to rotate them in your folder on your PC and save when you are happy with result.
For me is a good thing to make my rusty neck to move a little..
    Cheers

    Hi Mike,

A great idea well executed. I've flipped your photos, trimmed up a couple to remove some background clutter and reposted them as thumbnails (which keeps threads tidier and makes for a better viewing experience IMHO).

As 'Dekiman' says, best to edit your photos on your desktop/laptop because for some reason unknown to me, postings from mobile phones often end up the wrong way round. You aren't the first to get caught out like that on here when posting up pics, and you definitely won't be the last.
