Help with black panzer uniform

    Hello guys!

    I need help. I would like to know wich are the collar tabs that this dude is wearing. As you can see, the quality of the picture is awful, so... anybody can help me?

    If you know the regiment/division you wish to replicate....a google image search should give you what you want (y)

    They look like the standard death's head patches to me. Or are you referring to the shoulder straps? Those are REALLY hard to make out.

    Hi

    In the picture a Wehrmacht tanker is shown. Black uniform, pink piping on shoulder straps and around deaths head collar insignia. Buttons metal.

    The Wehrmacht used coloured piping to show branch of service in the army - tank soldiers Pink. artillery red, infantry white, I've also seen yellow, bright green and blue which I think were signals, military police and no idea at the moment but I can look it up later if you like.

    The 1st Cavalry Division were an exception, and had golden yellow piping instead of the Panzer pink.

    Which in 1942 became 24th Panzer Div. retaining golden yellow waffenfarbe. :)

    Those collar patches and shoulder straps are standard fare for a Wehrmacht enlisted man of Panzer troops. Black patches and straps with pink piping edges. The death's heads on the patches are aluminum color.
