    Hi Folks,

I recently dug down into my GA and found this little figure which I bought a good few years ago from Bonapartes at their shop in Bath (no longer there). It does not appear in the current website listings, and I presume it to be OOP.
Painting this one was not easy since I had to put it together in its entirety to ensure that everything fitted reasonably neatly. It's very true that in general, if you can see it, you can paint it; but be prepared for a good bit of touching-up.
Paint is a mixture of enamels, acrylics and oils.

Looking at the photos, I realise that there are one of two areas that still require further attention.
All comments, good or bad, are welcome.

    Cheers,
    Andrew

That's a nice choice of colour scheme mate.
and so good that it's a calm piece.

Quality figures don't have to be full of tension and drama
    all the time.

This looks a nice figure with an elegant stance .
I am not a great believer in " the if you can see it you can paint it theory " which is partially true . the thing is although you can see it can you paint it to one's maximum ability (generally not) but sometimes it is the best case scenario .
Still like to get as much as possible put together though.
Great colours and very close to what we expect from this uniform (y)

Thanks for the kind comments Ron.
Like you, I generally prefer to paint and fit whenever possible, but sometimes, as in this case , one has to poke and prod with a tiny amount of paint on the tip of a very fine brush.
    Thanks for looking.

    Cheers,
    Andrew
