Looks great ,and if you want it be even more like her, instead of the groove horizontal above the eyebrows you can make her forehead ,the opposite,to be curved outwards,so far it is too flat for her.
I know the portraits should be slightly more handsome than the model but i think in this case her double chin should be added.
Also, her majesty nose, is actually longer (i think the painting is more representative) than the sculptures and points slightly downwards.

Overall the expression of the original person would not be so natural as most people you see,for example, she raised her eyebrows upwards most of the time.
The old sculptures are nice for a reference but i think at the end you should look at the paintings.
At one bust she is captured her like she is alone and happy, the other ,the darker one shows her thoughtful.
I think she took a specific expression before appearing to others, like in the painting.
On the other had,if you want her to be younger and prettier i understand you well.

What a superb piece of work. More female figures of this calibre and quality badly needed in the hobby. Makes a very refreshing change from glamorous dolly-bird barbarians and lady pirates with prominent cleavages.

I can't but endorse that, I already suggested Pavol to turn his masterly skills to some of the heroines of the Red Army amongst others.

I object :(,,, big bongos are what make life living :woot:... Joking aside, she looks great, nothing extended for the sake of it, just a true classical bust and a majestic likeness (y)(y)(y).
    Best wishes, Gary.

Hi friends, I fixed the crown. I made a frilly sleeves. I added lace. I fixed star on the chest. He joined with a larger dewlap under the chin. More arched brow.
    I made bigger breasts.
I think it's better this way.

I did a quick mix and put (less as i could) guidelines so you can compare it yourself and i would not have to write too much about what i noticed.
I added some arrows that point towards areas that could be edited, for example, the chic should project more ,forehead is more curvy and slopping, making the hair to start growing further towards the back of the head.
The vertical lines are for the forehead and hair start, and eyelid wrinkle end.
horizontals run through double chin lower end, nose tip lower end, hair start at forehead.

Unfortunately, I can remember Catherina like this. I also get to know what the painter painted it.
He was a loser. Other painting Catherine better.:)
No, seriously. We are talking about a lady who has been preserved only in paintings and sculptures.
We are forced to believe artists of that time. A particularly their ability to capture form. But try to find pictures of Catherine. They are very different! And I watched a couple of them.
Therefore, I think your comparison is with this picture is irrelevant.
    But I thank you.

I just did a search on her and i think i can easily recognize her in all portraits. Most of them show her round faced (plenty of cheeks) slightly extended jaw, small mouth, spherical instead of flat forehead.
The least you could edit is to make the forehead bigger ,the mouth smaller and bigger lower cheeks, add some depth to the upper nose.
I hate to add this but, the mouth should be higher while the chin remains as long as is.
If you do not edit it- fine, just it will take longer for some to recognize her.

I apologize about the comment because i am new,was hasty and did not see it this not wip critique.
Yet,there are so many and accurate busts of her, that someone in her country could scan one or two and send the file to 3D print and cast it.
