Just wondering, if anyone knows if there are any figures of the TV show?
I remember seeing a diecast version of Jones butcher van/armoured car and Hodges van. But never seen any figures.
Just wondering whats maybe out there.

There was a range Jon, I remember seeing them in one of the magazines but cannot remember the maker.
54mm, I am sure someone will be able to confirm the make.
There was definitely Capt Mannering and one a spitting image of Clive Dunn
    Best wishes

They are the ones I saw Richie
It is dated 2010 and I have seen them reviewed in a mag since so they were available at one time
    All the best

Yes, there was a range of 5 figures in 54mm sculpted by Barry Rigby & I had the pleasure of painting them for the Scale military modeller magazine a few years ago.
There was Capt Mannering, Sergeant Wilson, Corporal Jones, Private Godfrey & a very rare private walker. I have the picture somewhere & I will tease them out & post the pictures. Unfortunately, barry stopped sculpting & did not finish the range. I sold my set to a colleague who's father was in the home guard & regretted it ever since. I have been lucky to pick up the original 4 figures but still looking for private Wilson.

There was a range of 20mm wargame figures produced around 15 years ago, but I cannot remember who by. I do know that they fell foul of copyright so were withdrawn soon after.

I think I had seen those figures in Mil Mod a few years back...never bought the mag as I had by then stopped buying it.
Thanks for all the responses guys, shame their don't seem anything thats easy to get in 54mm which would have been my preference.........I have way too many 28mm Zulus/24th to do take on yet another 28mm project.
    Shame really.

    Looks great Mark.
"Those Fuzzy Wuzzies, dont like it up em Sir" as Clive Dunn quoted.
All meant in humour by the way, don't think it would be allowed on TV nowadays
Nice set of figures and reminds me of times at my grandads
    Best wishes

They should have done a Pike with his purple scarf

Hello Jon, I know that George Hanger had a set of 54mm Dads Army figures, they were beautifully sculpted, but according to George, there was some question of copywrite, and they never went into production.

Adrian Hopwood did a review and painted one of the Dads Army figures for Military Modelling Magazine a few years ago.
