Here are the first photos of my new figure for my range. It depends on an old postcard. The sculptor of the horse is Sergey Zlobov and from the Uhlan Alan Ball (thank you both)

I will put a special paper for the reins to the kit. You can paint the papier as you want and after put it on the figure you can harden it with superglue

I'm not sure a pennant would be worn on a lance in the front line. How about one in 120mm to match the Victory Miniatures 16th Lancer?!

Mike. I have some photos (one attached) that shows cavallerie with the pennant at the front. The attached photo shall shows a Uhlan-Patrol at the Eastern Front 1915. And only 54mm figures in my range
