    Absolutely superb sculpting and painting.....congratulations on yet another stunning piece.

    Only thing I am confused about....I have never seen an MP 40 with any wood fittings.....no doubt I will stand to be corrected :rolleyes:

    I cannot take anything away from the painting of this piece, which is truly lovely! great tones and subtlety. (y)

    However, I cannot help thinking that the right arm does not match the torso, with the continuity of the folds in the cloth, and it does seem slightly ill- fitting! Call me 'Mr Picky', ( or worse) :D This is the one aspect that pinged my frown 'Toot-Sweet'.

    Well the same thought crossed my mind so I googled for images and yes ... that part of the weapon indeed seems either brown or black bakelite ... I learned something here today, never noticed that before ...
    I'm not usually into half-figures but I LIKE this one !! great sculpt, superb painting job !! (y)(y)(y)
