    I really don't have a basic mix as i try to change it with each face,but i think i used Tit White Madder Brown a touch of Gold ochre a touch of Cobalt Blue and a touch of Raw Umber.
    i just mess about with these colours until i get something i like but i don't have a formula.A lot of the effect of the skin tones when painting with oils is down to the undercoat you use.With this fella i undercoated with Humbrol 237,a light tan colour.I would use Humbrol 93 or 94 for a darker skin tone.I've also used on many occassions to just paint the oils over the grey primer.
