Marc, The figure you are asking about was painted by Julio Cabos and the pictures do not do the painting of the figure justice. The reds on it were amazing. I believe this is the figure for the box art of an Andrea release, you might want to take a look their website.

That is Mameluk officer in 90mm. Andrea Miniatures release for April.

Indeed, the reds on that one were the best I have seen so far.
