Excellent painting, not sure if it's the light but only slight thing I can see is that the silvers look a little too bright more like chrome than steel, but it's a very minor point and easily solved with a simple wash if needed, the rest is excellent especially the freehand heraldry (y)

Thank you very much for the great comments. It gives me good vibes to go for my next project. For Steve I agree with your comments About the colours of the steel helmet. It was my first try with these colours but I will give it a slide wash. Think with ivory black will solve the problem. If not please let me know. Thanks again for all the nice feedback and critics.

I'd go with ivory black or any thinned out black really (y) you could add a slight touch of blue into the mix but that is up to you Dick, I find that G.W. leadbelcher is a good acrylic base for metals although as a rule I stick with Humbrol enamels for metallics but that's just personal preference

    Hello Steve
Thank you for your advice I will give it a try. Just for the other members the white was a
Terrible job. I could not have done it with the advice from Danilo Cartacci.
This paintjob was a training for me in black and white. I am very glad that you like it, for me
a great award that I am on the right track. Thank you so much guys.
    Cheers Dick
