Hi guys,

Recently, I was lucky enough to get my hands on this OOP Le Cimier kit of de Marbot. The pose is a bit stiff, but the sculpted detail is great, and I've always thought this was one of the neatest uniforms available for the painter. The combination of cream and white was a fun challenge. Painted with acrylics. Thanks for looking!

You are right that that is a painter's figure. Beautiful muted colours and shading too. I wish MM would pick up Bruno's old personality range rather than pumping out endless privates that have been done again and again

Superb painting, Jason, you have resolve very well the "de Nankin" creamish tone. The box art comes with yellow boots, but have chosen the black leather, very elegant.
