Another cracking Phil Walden sculpt - right up my alley.

The pose is strongly reminiscent of this famous statue on the memeorial to the 2nd Division of the AIF at Peronne in France.

firstly l must thank lan for the photos..and the good words folk have posted...Tony thanks for the photo of the PERONNE bronze l 'll add him to my collecton of pics, its a bronze l was not aware of...the actual reff.is from the old book "Australia At Arms"l've had sence Adam played fullback....pleased to read he is up your alley...Phil.
