Many thanks to Carl ( HouseCarl ) for this classic figure! :)

I didn't plan on working on this just yet but once I saw the face I was hooked!

I believe it is a Mike Good sculpt

Correction. Thanks for the info guys, this is a Derek Hansen sculpt....

Anyway here is the face done. I think a few little tweaks are still needed ....

Bloody classic piece. This is actually one that Derek Hansen sculpted for Kirin back in the day. It's an amazing sculpt and you're already doing it justice. Always enjoy watching your SBS's.

I like the way you're working the face tones, but I'll try to use more colors, to give it more live. It's my personal opinion and taste, of course, but I love the faces with a lot of tones. In this face I would like to see more purple or brownish tone under the eyes for example.

    Anyway, great job!

I have had this kit sitting in my closet about 40% complete for almost 15 years now. You may well have inspired me to get it out and finish it.

David ... Thanks :) Feels very fresh and new to a noob like me :)

Worked up the uniform and some time spent on the boots, there are several thin layers of black needed now to add some depth ...
