Another little beauty David, you are keeping me motivated at the moment, just started on Pegaso's RHA officer.

Keith, RHA is a nice figure. I've got it as one to do along with David Grieve's 120mm piece from years ago.

Having the usual fun with the sword straps I'm going to pose him leaning against a balustrade, the base provided was a bit naff.

I meant to ask David are these original straps or Miliput?

These are 50/50 Magic Sculp/ Duro. Let to set for an hour and then rolled out with talc, cut along a ruler and only handled with a paint brush, white glue used to secure in place.The back of the buckle[ attached to the scabbard before the straps] can then be smoothed over with a little Magic Sculp to give seamless joint through the scabbard rings onto the back of the strap

WOW... another fantastic piece!!:awesome::awesome: Metal Models are a nice base to start from aren't they? Detail is good and accurate... though the poses can be a little stiff.

What amazes me is how fast you turn them out

That is so true,when i am away i'm always thinking of the figures,the right colors,the pose of the figures and bla bla..
It's a mental thing lol.
Btw,what a nice job David (as usual).
It called my attention the turnbacks,a little wider than the usual cut for 1808.
Is this figure from Metal Modeles?,really really nice and the pose is great.
