    Nice work Dave.
    You should do alot more of shading on this bust. The face looks very flat and pale.
    Also the red looks only basecolor and some small shading. You can do alot more on that.
    And from the relection of the flashlight i think your pictures doesn't do justice at your whole paintwork. I think it looks much better without the flash.

    I actually prefer the face being flatter. I don't like the recent trends towards very high contrast shading on faces - unless the light is almost directly overhead the deeply shadowed cheeks and skeletal eye sockets simply don't exist. I thought the red wasn't too bad but maybe I will redo that.

    I'll try and improve my photography too - no flash was used, just the light from the window where I paint as my flat is quite dark at this time of year.
