I am working on this 54mm diorama, a very big undertaking for me. The diorama will have 7 figures and a converted base. I started with the kit Andrea and am adding and converting 5 more 54mm figures. 4 of the converted figures are from The Time Machine, Mary, removed baby Jesus and removed her head and tilted it back. The other figures I removed parts and also tilted the heads back and changed the arm positions. I will also add one more Roman to the diorama a converted EVD Roman. Please see some of the progress. My sculpting skills are minimal but so far the figures look good painted. Painting 54mm figures are fun but so small to work with. Hope you enjoy the progress.

I still have this Andrea kit in my gray army to, but I must say your
extra figures will be an excellent rendition to the kit.
Very neat convertion of the figures and a very nice paintjob on the first two.
Good choice of colors to, gonna follow this with interest,

Man, you are jumping in with both feet together. This is going to be a really awesome scene. Paintings of this scene are one of my favorite things to draw upon for inspiration. I will be following with loads of interest.

Nice project Mike. Something I always want to do one day, here in Malta we have a long tradition of related miniature art depicting the Passion of Christ. Never new Time Machine has done religious subjects?

Much Thanks to all of you. Lots of work still to get done. Have the base primed and starting to paint. The diorama scene is 4" round. a Will post more photos in a few days.
