    Hi Alex
    thank you for your feedback, yes he is a rather pale looking but most of the colour in his face is hidden by the cheek armour, and the camera has washed out the highlights a bit on everything, but will have a fresh look at the points you made. Maybe he was just posted to scotland :whistle:

    Absolutely stunning Ron...I think the colors in his face are in perfect harmony with his armour and bearskin. It's a superb job!

    I think the flesh tones are spot-on. The fur looks a tiny bit glossy for my tastes, but that could be the photos. Well done!

    Mary, I have no Idea what wood that is,it was on a figure I done twenty years ago I just reclaimed it for this bust.

    Jay the bearskin was a bit shiny as I undercoated in acrylics and not my usual humbrols, but it is getting more matt day by day
