I took a break from painting today to have a go at doing a bust conversion. The plan is to make it into the evil queen from Snow White. I haven't done a conversion before so I'm fumbling my way through it. I started with a kit I got from E0246 it had good character in the face, so I've been slowly adding magic-sculpt. Here is the photo and the pic I'm using as reference, any tips would be appreciated cause I've got no idea what I'm doing.

you have made a really good start. Personally I would have filed he ears away, in reality () the skullcap would have held them closer to her head. Apart form that she's looking very good.
