I've never seen it the last two years. That was a great one. But they where not to move to bring it out in English to. I think that was the end of all.

As a FWIW, I would drop Kitbuilder from the list. I don't know if they are even still in business (if anyone here is from New Baden IL or the St. Louis area go knock on their door...). I paid for a subscription last July and have yet to receive a magazine. They were being published bimonthly so logic would dictate I would have received a few by now. They're not showing up on shelves at Barnes and Noble, Borders or hobby shops either. I emailed them in September I think and I was told they shipped #62 which I never received. Further emails have gone unanswered. As FWIW #2, as I'm a fan of the BIG figures, Amazing Figure Modeler is my favorite magazine. Master Modeler and Publisher David Fisher has a series of DVDs entitled Model Mania, and I think they are very good, and translate well to any size figure. I have no connection to the magazine, so the plug is merely due to my appreciation and endorsement of their quality.

@ Michael, It didn't realize KitBuilder magazine was local to me do you have an address ?

@Basil, thanks! My intention is to compile a list of magazines to give them exposure through planetFigure, the need to have something to hold and refer too will never go away!

I know y'all don't think of them, but toy soldiers count, too. Here are the three biggest magazines in circulation today:

    Toy Soldier & Model Figure
    Toy Soldier Collector
    Old Toy Soldier

TS&MF and TSC both include regular sections on kit figures, too, and on kitbashing, painting and diorama techniques. I think there are far more collectors today who also paint and modify stock figures, than there were back in the day of the classic toy soldier (such as yours truly).

    Prost!
