    Hi all,

this time I'm trying to shape major König aka Ed Harris in my favourite scale 1/16.
His head is a bit difficult in this scale but it's a big plus I have all the equipment in reach.

in the end he will be at full length and realizing his last second has come.
The hard thing is I will also be able to catch this awareness on his face.

    regards,
    René

    Very cool! (y)
I'm watching this closely :) Ed Harris has a very 'skeletal' face and a good subject for sculpting

Is that super-sculpy you are using ?

    Gordy,

this was the first I thought, about his skull.

the thing is...he also looks a bit like rommel, Daniel Craig, Magneto when seen in different angles.
Nevertheless, a hard scale to tackle this one.

I'm still stuck to the fimo, classical pink mixed with black to observe the depht.

    thanks Ookami,
    René

    Looking good so far.
I think the face/head needs to be a little wider.
Also keep the symmetry in mind. :)

    thanks Taesung,

in fact ( I'm at work now) I found a couple of better pictures that confirmed what you saw and I also thought.

    Hi Gordy,

Normally I work with this pink stuff. It gets dirty during the proces and when finished, undercoated, suddenly there is some inaccuracy.
By mixing with the black it does get softer but when exposed to the light the contrasts are more obvious.

    Hello Taesung,

    thanks a lot for inspiring.
the widening worked out fine and symetrie is very important.
