Bersagliere Lieutant, Massaua 1885 (Soldiers)

    Hi, friends, I have finish finally the Bersagliere Lieutant, Massaua 1885.

    Palm is totally scratch (cork and plasticard).

    The palm tree is quite convinving. As is the all ground. Of course you also putted a nice painted figure on top of it. ;)

    Hi Fabrizio,

    Excellent painting. White is perhaps the hardest colour to shadow and highlight and you've handled it superbly. Oh yes, and the palm tree is lovely.

    I give you a present...a little graphic WIP about the palm.
    I hope you like it....and I am sorry about my poor english

    1 Cut of cork parallelepiped
    2 Roughing and round of trunk
    3 Cut of leafs base, alternate cut.
    4 Force the leafs base
    5 Insertion of little branch into leafs base
    6 Final insertion of branches
    7 Make leafs with plasticard or sheet-brass, make leaf stalks with sprue of iron-wire
    8 Insertion of leaf stalks into trunk
    9 Glue leafs on stalks
    10 Glue of “down” on head trunk with idraulic hemper wire
