    Thank you all, you are very kind.
    The painting is with acrylic paints very diluted for shadows and highlights.It is not so bright in real.As for the metal parts, the first stage done with acrylics with a mixture of 878 old gold+984 flat brown for the base color.I put only shadows adding only 861 glossy black to the base color(2-3 tones).For the second stage i used oils applying burnt umber first and ivory black for the shading(just a thin layer).Finaly for the highlights i used gold printers ink and a good blending was enough.
