Here is the Andrea 54mm figure, representing Conan the Babarian from the first movie before the final battle scene, where he fights Thulsa Dooms soldiers and then later executes Thulsa himself. This was alot of fun to do, and l think really captures the look of big Arnie from the movie.
    Cheers Andrew

I saw the movie last week here on TV.
So, i'm very sure that Conan didn't wear that helmet and had not the trouser on.
He fight the soldiers with his sword (not with an axe).
But as you are not the sculptor i can only say that you did some extremely well paintjob.
Good work, and really a good color choice.

Great job on the paint work. I seem to recall him wearing that custom at least at one point in the movie, but my memory may be flawed. He wore both the helmet and the pants but possibly at different times.

I think i gonna be crazy, or loozing my mind.
Have just seen the dvd (ffw) and yes, he has the axe, the pants and the axe.
At least he kills just a few with the axe and then fighting further with the sword.
    Maybe some grey braincells work's....
    Sorry for the confusion.

    Marc,
I'm a Conan geek and had high hopes for the movie series when it first came out. Sadly it just got worse. Thankfully it petered out in a slow, painful death. Not even getting $2 here in the bargain bins for the dvd or video.

This figure is a nice one and I've been looking for it at the shows. Great job painting this one Andrew.

love the figure Andrew, I haven't seen this one of yours I don't think?

As for the movies.....loved the first one, and the 2nd one was ruined by the clown they had playing the sidekick, but i still enjoyed it.....wasn't there a series spin off made that never made it to Oz?
