    Hello Andy,
I agree whith Morizio, a little more ''live'' in the back of your coat will be better, for the rest, as far as I see, it OK to me.
    Bye

Andy - Is this a Russian partisan or ? Do you have a reference photo that you're working from? Excellent sculpting (of course - what else!!!???). Not the liveliest pose, but classic portraiture. I think his hair looks wierd, but, hey, poor fella, he may just have wierd hair - - :(
    :)

    All the best,
    Dan

Andy, well done over all. I would agree with Maurizio's comment about the coat, a bit stiff below the waist for me.

Dan, that just has to be a hat. If not, this poor fellow does have some coif issues!

Jay - I'm really not trying to make fun - I seriously thought it was hair! LOL!!!

I think I see what you're saying - he's got a short fur busby on sideways kinda.

    Sorry Andy! No offense!!

    All the best,
    Dan

    Good work.
It is remarkable portrait similarity to the original is transferred.
On a photo the commander of guerrilla group Kovpak is represented.

can't add much more except that the lower part needs a little more adjustment. Not just the coat but the but the boots looking also not really finished. I don't see any heels or so.

The boots are the Russian winter boot 'Velenki'.I think they are woolen .I have made Velenki.

I agree with the others, with a few minor adjustments, this has the making of an awesome figure.

Cheers and do continue the good work.
