I would go to two era's.
The Napoleontic time, And the Medieval time.

Really like to see the uniforms and how the people lived in that days.

If i can choose one: It will be Rome in his glory days.

I would like to travel to many places and times
.My first choice is Renaissance Italy, would love to see the great Michelangelo painting the Sistine Chapel.

My second choice would be to visit imperial Rome, and visit the Fabulous Circus Maximus to catch a chariot race while sipping some wine.

    Cheers
    Roc. :)

I would like to go back to somewhere between 1900-1914. To my town to see the uniforms and meet the men of the local Territorial units, The Yorkshire Hussars and 4th Battalion, Yorkshire Regiment. And to visit the pubs and have a drink with the locals before the world changed forever in August 1914.

I'd take a ride on the Titanic. 1st class of course. Then get off in Ireland!

Surely Circus Maximus! To watch all those Gladiators and see the Roman Imperators!

Next destination will be the area of the prehistoric mammals and Cavemen. Sorry, no dinosaurs, but those ages of mammals could be interesting!

    Actually I ain't goin' nowhere!!!!
Those were dangerous times and I don't speak the language of the periods. I'd probably have an easier time dealing with Orlocs tho' I doubt it.
But if I could go back as an invisible observer I'd watch the Turks siege Vienna in 1683 and
its Relief. Mmmmm...coffee and bagels and shredded crescent banners.
I'd also enjoy being an invisible observer at Grunwald in 1410. Nothing better than seeing a bunch of slavers with black crosses on white shields pounded into the earth.
Otherwise I'm pretty comfy here in the Paradise of Southern New Jersey,USA, October 2006.

I understood that Roger, but that was certainly the saddest and most lunatic of wars in my book. Not one study of it has failed to break my heart and I just couldn't deal with seeing those lads on any side.

I'd go back to 1954 and show Chuck Berry how to do the duck walk.

I would like to go back to the any era just to watch how some of the magnificent buildings were built and all without the modern technology and equipment we have today - I mean how did they build the pyramids and how did stonemasons manage to get such ornate work on many of Europe's finest buildings. So much skill.

I'd like to go back to the 1420's with the Hussites and kick some Crusader butt and then on to the 1640's to ride with Cromwell
    God Bless
    Cory
