    Hi
In the next few weeks I will be going through the copies of Mil Mod that I have and cutting out the articles I want (pre 1700) and throwing the rest away.
If any one wants I can send them the articles relating to post 1700. I have copies going back to the start in 1971 with some gaps in the mid 80's.
They just take up too much room, and I have finaly decided to break the habit and stop getting Mil Mod, there just isn't enough in them to justify $15.95 an issue.

At that price I wouldn't buy it either!!!!!

I would still hold on to the old issues though - you'd never know when you get a shift in interest.

    Hi
Normally I would but I have something like 250-300 issues and they do take up a lot of room, and I am sick of transporting them when I move flats. So the bulk is going to be cut out of them. It should also allow me to get a handle on what imformation I have.

Michael, I stopped buying Mil Mod and Military Illustrated years ago. My favorite was Military Illustrated they had great articles with lots of interesting articles illustrated by some of the best. It all went downhill when they switched editors.~Gary

I also stopped Military Illustrated a few years ago. The only reason that I have kept getting Mil mMod is pure habit, and it is the only mag that gets to NZ with any figure related material.

Yeah, Military Illustrated back in the early days was superb. Still have all the old issues and I stopped too sometime after the editorial change. Thumbed a copy in a newsagents this week and it was so thin! More like a pamphlet!

So true. I miss the good old days of Military Illustrated. I think issue 100 was last one that I truly enjoyed. I may have bought 6 since then.
