Figure looks awesome John. Flesh-tones are dead-on. The metallics look great too ! Last time I saw this figure it just had the black primer.

Can't wait to see how it comes out !

Dig you ever get anymore of that groundwork stuff you told me about ? Let me know.

    Prost !!

    Johnny,
I like the flesh tones and the chain, but I am especially impressed with the work on the horns (antlers?). Very nice. But tartan on a 28mm figure? I like to paint men in skirts, but there is a limit to my insanity. Best of luck and a steady hand to you.

    I really like the horns!!

I don't know how you do tartan in 28mm...i've had enough problems with camo in that scale..tartan is just impossible to me..

    can't wait to see !

I guess I better try check out those game workshops paints. This is a very fine rendition of horn / bone. I am trying to find a good mix for the same for the helm of a Teutonic Grand Master. Bit tired of the standard black.

Also, re-tartan in 28mm. Man, if you can pull that off, 90 mm tartans should be a breeze! Look forward to seeing this done!
