Here are three busts I modified to resemble paintings by western artist Kirby Sattler.
1. Shadow on the Sun - I modified an old Corsar Rex figure by adding the cross and some additional feathers.
2. Ghost Heart - I scratch built this figure only using a head from another bust. I made the blanket out of two part putty.
3. Speaks with Crows - another Corsar Rex bust highly modified. I made the headdress out of feathers produced on my resin 3d printer. I sculpted the crows out of two part putty and added a new shirt and ornaments made from the same material.
I have included photos of the original paintings for comparison.
