Who does these 75mm crusaders???

    I may be wrong but they look like part of a larger group set from Semper Fidelis Miniatures-can’t remember what the group title was. Hope this helps.

    Well, you can of course paint any Knight figure in white robes with a red cross, but that doesn't make any knight a Templar.

    It's a bit like any historical figure, the finer details that make a figure a specific, can be obvious or obscure, and can be important to you or not. Napolionics have very specific colours for uniforms, to denote various units, and if I had a quid for every time I've noticed a German WWII soldier or AFV being wrongly identified/painted, I'd be a rich man.


    EDIT. I meant to add, that you can paint a figure (or vehicle) any way you want, it's your creation. But it is also another person's right to point out errors/mistakes, as long as its done in good humour.
    It's a fine line between anal Rivet counting, and painting Napoleon in an orange and lime green ensemble... ;-)
