When you look at what's available, you can decide whether it would fit into your time period.
Your most likely companies will be Altores Studio, Medieval Forge Miniatures, Mercury Models, Tartar Miniatures and Tin Berlin (all are stocked by El Greco Miniatures, so you can look at them at one site).

As said anything from that period will do, just be wary of mixing figures from different makers as 75mm is not always 75mm when matched against each other.

Agreed but I've some 75s that are nearer 90mm and some nearer 54mm they will never look right together, especially when their weapons are to suit.

Depending on how comfortable you are with articulating and slightly modifying plastic figures a very convincing scene can be produced using IMEX / IMAI 1.:12 Knights series figures.
