    Hello friends!

I go back to my favorite scale.

Well known bust. I think it's the best PD on the market and I will be doing two versions, it was necessary to buy second set, due to the fact that there are two heads in thebox, but one torso and one arms each. AAARGH... My budget is exceeded, and there are so many beautiful figures to be painted...
    Someone needs a kidney?

    Primer.

Nice choice Marcin. Looking forward to seeing what you do with it. Always a dilemma when you get two nice heads but only one torso.

As you can see, both version are supacool! This face, marked with a stigma... In the "after work" version, the hat will be pressed to the chest.

    Base colors.
Red leather on the hat, pzgrau on the skull, mephiston red on the collar. I wonder if the bottom of the skirt and sleeve should be green, or should be in a similar color to the top. However, I don't want him to come out too optimistic. And I don't like red in the photo anymore :

Or maybe make it in mono-color? Dark green, brown...? What do you think? They are already painted on the web to find, but I don't want to copy, as they say.

At least, I can always rip this off.

Looks good so far. Let your imagination go a little and take it the way you think it should look

    Hi Marcin

Thanks for a look at the other head ...both have challenges , one the lens the other the actual face

Personally not keen on the red ......more like a religious item ...you say you don't want to go down same route but I reckon a dark sinister colour (mix) perhaps a brown and purple

Perhaps paint the rest of clothing and see how red looks then ?

Saying that as Scott says imagination is the key ...it's your resin

As you have 2 castings you could always do the Red and then another more sinister colours version

    Just have fun

    Look forward to more

    Hi!
Or, being a child, sit on the lap of a horror easter bunny...

It is not easy to combine sports (even amateur sports) with modeling. If you want to get results, both take a lot of time.

    It's my hunny's hand. She's a quite good pointeur ;)

But, taking a break from painting was necessary for me, I thought about this and that, put all the parts of the figure together and used AK olive drab. I think the effect is much better now.

    Hi M

Wondered what happened to this from you , good to have a break sometimes and you've returned with a great colour for the clothing suits the subject well , like the highs you have done

Enjoy whatever you do sports or painting

    Look forward to updates

    Thank you guys!
I tried to bring the whole thing to life by painting the skull in the color of red leather, but the effect was not very good. So it will be in gray. Here for now the preliminary layout of lights and shadows. I am still wondering about the color of the beak, it could be different, because it is a separate element of the outfit.

I think the goggles will be the only livelier touch.

I'd go with a darker brown for the beak to define it a little, the olive drab looks well

Agree there , the gray looks good and the beak ..a well worn brown will contrast well

    Goggles.
To liven up the whole and make the bust a little diabolical - they will be red. I watched some videos on how to paint goggles and visors; let's see if I can make it.
A silver base has been washed with nuln oil, then I painted a red circle in the center.
