RNR = Royal Naval Reserve(!). The bike and figure make a good combination, although an open face helmet with goggles on top would look good as well.

    Great idea - Bravo !!!

But - with all the enthusiasm: Brando / Tintin drive in the templates slightly chopped versions of the famous "Triumph Bonneville" ...:

And its engine looked a bit different ...:

I think since this is a very famous film template, it should be reworked in some details.

Yup, certainly do ! To be fair ,the Brando picture shows the US Export bars, and the Tintin one shows a 750 Bonnie with the reverse cone silencers and him in his habitual Plus-Fours . Nothing that can't be fettled and fiddled with , but the figures are lovely as is.

Both look good ,but think Tintin would look even better with Snowy on his back

:D:LOL::ROFLMAO: Sorry, Steve, I forget that not everyone enjoyed the two-wheeled experience....freezing your nuts off, soaking wet, misted up goggles/visor, skinned knuckles from slipping spanners, and ,best of all, punctures miles from anywhere. Add to that, leaking oil over your boots and jeans , and neighbours moaning when you had to leave for work at 6.15 am. Wouldn't change it even if I could.(y)

The bike looks more like a 1950s Tiger, to me.... but what I know about bikes can be written on the back of a stamp!(y)

If your Triumph isn't leaking oil, it's empty.

    Very nice figure!

Being an old fan of Tintin, I really like that one!

    What is the scale?

    Cheers!

    All the same!

It falls apart while driving anyway ...

  17. The figure is inspired by the bikers of the 50s.The bike is not exactly the same as the original, for example it does not have spokes on the wheels to give the sensation of movement

Will be fun getting the groundwork to give the impression of movement LOL
