    Enter your model into this months INTERMEDIATE class ( Closes Midnight BST 31/7/21)

    Members to decide which class to enter but Admin can move after consulting

    The Stand Off
    The Highlanders were sculpted by Carl Reid for Gordon Mitchell and the Cuirassier was sculpted by Carl for Graham at CGS the scale is 120mm.
    all the figures are resin with some metal parts , the painting is a mixture of acrylic and oils.

    Here is my completed French 55th Ligne Flag Barer, he is made from the Perry 28mm plastic range and represents one of the Ligne retrieving the Eagle standard after it was shot away from one of the officers during the attack on LHS at Waterloo.
    Its part of my dio I am building but I thought I would submit it here as he is complete in his own right.

    • Manufacturer ; MMM
    • Scale ; 200mm
    • Materials ( paints etc ) used - Scalcolor artist tubes, ammo
    • Any other info you may wish to add ; Advertising poster made from scratch as is the base. Base made from an underfloor insulation tile, layer of polyfilla then sculpted with a Greenstuff world textured roller. Blackbeard patch was printed out then glued to bag and edges tidied up. Rifle sling from lead foil, 1amp fuse wire and some string.

    Major Royal Munster Fusiliers 1899.
    Painted in oils for the flesh and acrylics and inks for the rest

    The Seven Dwarfs by Spira Mirabilis.
    Painted almost entirely with Jo Sonja acrylics with some Scale75 and Kimera colours.
