Earlier in the HIMINI release (https://www.planetfigure.com/threads/himini-roman-march-1st-century-ad.302793/#post-1124053) I showed the beginning of the painting of a Roman legionnaire. As far as possible, I will take intermediate photos and show them here.

Small point easily corrected with paint.
I understand copper rivets were typically used on this type of Roman armour.

Mike! I am one of the HIMINI team. The materials that I use in the painting are provided by our consultants, specialists in the Roman era. We also used these materials to create the figurine. Perhaps now there will be inaccuracies, but the figure is still in work and it may be corrected

Superb painting all round. That armour is excellent.

I worked with the back of the shield. The inscription on the shield indicates belonging to its owner. I did not find reliable sources that there were such inscriptions on the shields and relied on the arguments of our consultant.
