    Hello Kevin,
Thank you for your kind words. A lot of planetfigure members were complaining that our books had only a few busts in so they did not buy for just one ore two and only with acrylics mostly. This book has it all! And you can a dopt every single painting to other similar themes.
I hope that will sell to people who like bust painting.

    Best Regards
    Stelios

Being a predominately oil (and bust) painter, I want to thank you for including multi-medium (oil, acrylic, enamels) articles(y)

Unfortunately this publication will be of more interest to modellers interested in 20th century figures rather than 19th century or earlier.

A publication based on earlier history would be very welcome.

I am sure however that this will sell well with the apparent high level of interest in anything 20th century.

    Dear friends,
Thank you for your nice comments. Our purpose was to include some very detailed articles on specific techniques and mediums so everyone can find something interesting. And do not forget that painting a leather or red or brown or metals for the figure painters is the same for all kind of periods. A very interesting approach is the article of James Rice using the verdaccio underpainting technique that also for me was unknown. I wanted opinions from people that bought the book! As I think it is a unique editions on historical busts only.

    Best Regards
    Stelios
