It's an original subject, I'll give it that. But will it sell? You never can tell.

As Steve says original ...we shall see if it sells !

Certainly not what's been the normal from Andrea ...3D sculpt being ultra realistic ....supposingly ...not so much in this case

Seems to be a mix of an actual sculpt of JT and a caricature - doesnt work, so in the words of Dragons Den Touker Suleyman "Not for me and for that reason i am out"

Didn't really want to comment on this.....basically because I didn't want to look like
a bit of a lemon. But I wonder if anyone could explain this to me...am I supposed to
recognise them ? Have I missed something ? Not too sure about the 'ultra realistic'
bit either...they seem a bit stylised. Then again, I've never been at one with this sort
    of thing.

    PS
Actually just watched Martin's little video...Pulp Fiction...Dance Scene.. Got it.
All is now clear Thanks Martin ! (Awful movie figures not much better)

Yes, and I have seen the movie. But who in the wide world of sports would want to spend the time to paint this. And then try to explain it to someone who's never seen the movie?.........

I agree with you lot, however I think what has not helped is the rather clinical paint....

    Very cartoonist.

    No depth.

Would be interesting to see the actual miniatures rather than coloured renders. I'm also pretty certain that these shouldn't carry the "ultrarealistic" term in the description as they feel more like cartoonist impressions of the actors compared to previous releases.

Pretty risky too when many other companies try to make sure their designs carry some kind of IP agreement of late.

They may have waited too long to release this. The subject matter is no longer fresh in any ones minds and the newer generation have probably never heard of the movie. 27 years too late I think. Still, it would be fun to paint. It's not something historical so they don't learn about it in schools etc.

Most historical stuff they don't learn about in schools either. A little about Rome, Egypt, and America perhaps
