When you've got two left arms...

  1. SurcoufsFox New Member

    I am a big proponent of buying from original manufacturers. I purchased this popular figure from Pegaso (directly from them) last year but it came in with 2 left arms... I tried to contact them twice with email with no answer. Any suggestions? Somebody has two right arms and want to trade? I am not a sculptor and would like to get going 20200619_122607.jpg with this project. Suggestions?

    Thanks for all your help. I have both remailed my request and used the Pegaso site to report the issue. I will post the resolution when I hear from them. Special thanks to @Nap for moving this forward!

    I have to agree with Victor, you appear to have two right arms... I would hate to think after all this they send you a further right arm instead of the missing left.... :eek:

    Well, it would only be a flesh wound otherwise... and I shall taunt the manufacturer :). Noted that I have received an email from Kimera as a follow up and they are sending me a replacement (hopefully the whole figure). I responded with a better description of the arm missing in action (the one holding the sabre).

    I received the missing left arm yesterday. Thank you to Kimera/Pegaso for following up and getting me the RIGHT arm that will allow me to get started with the project. Thank you to the community to help my Young Guard Officer re-unite with his left arm! @Nap

    Why not enter a piece into the class of your choice in our May's FOTM comp and also vote in Aprils classes as well

    ....And enter in Vignettes & Diorama #3 which will be set up for 1/5/21 running till 31/01/22

    Always good to see the modelling
